Topo Athletic has expanded its headquarters.

According to the Designer Brands-owned performance and outdoor footwear, its new office space at 39 Grant St. in Framingham, Mass., is in the very same campus as the old one, now in a building that offers more room to grow and an expanded space to support collaboration between teams.

Topo noted that the move reflects its “rapid growth and momentum” following a landmark year for the brand, marked by record sales, new product launches and increased industry recognition.

Tony Post, founder and chief executive officer of Topo Athletic, said in a statement that the expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Topo.

“Over the past couple years, we’ve seen excellent growth across all channels, and our new space will allow us to keep pace with that momentum and growth,” Post said. “Most importantly, it provides our team the resources and environment needed to serve our customers and grow the brand.”

The company’s growth also follows its acquisition by Designer Brands Inc. in 2022, whose portfolio includes footwear brands Vince Camuto, Kelly & Katie, Jessica Simpson, Lucky Brand, Mix No. 6, Crown Vintage and others.

The DSW parent company reported earlier this month that overall net sales in the second quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased 4.2 percent to $739.8 million from $771.9 million the same time last year.

Reported net income attributable to Designer Brands Inc. in Q2 was $10.8 million, or diluted earnings per share of 22 cents, this is down from a net income of $13.8 million, or 24 cents per diluted share, at the same time last year.

Looking ahead, Designer Brands’ chief executive officer Doug Howe told analysts during the company’s second quarter earnings call that DBI will continue to drive growth by scaling its private label lines and building a more profitable wholesale model. Designer Brands will also continue to invest in its strategic growth brands, such as Topo and Keds.
